John Carson, who served at Marine Corps Air Station El Toro and in Vietnam, says not only will Vietnam era veterans finally have a place to rest, so too will other veterans. He added, "The land swap is to me a fiscal responsibility and will save multi-millions of dollars to the tax payers."
