Breaking News: At Tuesday night's Irvine City Council meeting, Councilmember Larry Agran again pushed for the Irvine Taxpayers to spend over $100 million of taxpayer money to relocate All American Asphalt, a business which has existed in Irvine for over 30 years. Rather than settling the City's case with All American, Agran pushed to try to get his colleagues to spend over $400,000 (estimated) in additional legal fees to continue to litigate the issue despite the South Coast Air Quality Management District finding that the plant operates without any risk to human health.

The City Council will revisit the issue in December.
