Expect more breakthroughs in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to come out of Irvine thanks to a generous gift from SAP to UC Irvine and the naming of the Hasso Plattner Endowed Chair in Artificial Intelligence, named after SAP’s co-founder and longtime CEO.
