25-year-old Savannah Van Houtte of Irvine was killed in the parking lot of a Laguna Beach 7-Eleven when two work trucks servicing the convenience store crashed.
The March 3 incident occurred just after 10 a.m. in the store’s parking lot at 31702 Coast Highway, near 3rd Avenue.
