Irvine Unified School District's Assistant Superintendent of Education Services Cassie Parham has been named Interim Superintendent for the remainder of the 2024-25 school year. Parham, a product of Irvine's public schools who has worked in a number of instructional and administrative roles at IUSD, will serve in this capacity as longtime Superintendent Terry Walker announced his retirement earlier this year.
